Mike came to FBCDL in June 2017. Mike has been married to Pam for over 40 years. They have two children and 4 grandchildren they adore. He serves in marketplace ministry as a full time Correctional Chaplaincy Services Specialist for the Florida Department of Corrections. Mike enjoys walking, Miami Hurricanes football and riding his Goldwing (with Pam, of course).

Heather leads worship at FBCDL. She has been on staff since February 2021. She is a graduate of NOBTS Leavell College. Heather has led worship with Internationals on ships to churches in multiple locations.
